A tangy recipe for the ones who want to keep healthy but enjoy what they eat too! Quinoa being a part of this recipe, makes it more nutritional & healthy without compromising on the flavour. A simple dish that you can relish at your very home.
Season the quinoa with salt pepper and chili flakes, add parsley too.
Whisk tahini with hot water till it becomes smooth. Then fold it in yogurt, cucumber, salt and toasted cumin powder.
Take a deep plate, put quinoa in a mould at the center of the plate and press down gently. Later put the yogurt on the plate.
Later, garnish with cherry tomatoes on the yogurt and almonds on top of the quinoa. Top it up with a little more cumin and paprika powder.
Finally, remove mould and serve.
