Quinoa Hazelnut Laddoos

Easy to prepare and carry, so you don’t have to worry about those in between hunger.

Ingredients:

  • 100 gms cooked quinoa
  • 150 gms hazelnut powder
  • 50 gms crushed hazelnut pieces
  • 50 gms icing sugar
  • 30 gms hazelnut paste/nutella
  • 2 mashed banans
  • dark chocolate approx 250 g for coating
  • 1 packet digestive biscuits

Methods:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  • Make small balls using your palms or a spoon.

  • Freeze for 30 minutes until firm

  • Melt the dark chocolate to make a sauce. Let it cool slightly.

  • Dip each ball in the dark chocolate sauce.

  • Coat with digestive biscuits.

  • Let it set.

  • Serve chilled.
