  • Curry powder ½ tblspn
  • Cumin powder 1 tspn
  • Red Chilli Powder ½ tspn
  • Oil 20ml
  • Butter 20g
  • Chopped onions 80g
  • Quinoa 80g
  • Paneer 100g
  • Chopped Tomato 20g
  • Coriander 10g
  • Toasted bread slices 4

Methods:

  • Sweat the onions, add spices, tomatoes, paneer and cooked quinoa for 5 minutes. Check seasoning.

  • Fold in a generous amount of chopped coriander.
