Arabian Warm Quinoa On A Bed Of Hummus

A popular dip and spread in the Middle-Eastern that is globally acclaimed too. When quinoa is added to this recipe it makes it a super-food! Adding nutrition without compromising on flavor makes this dish light, tasty & quinoa-licious. Being high in proteins and carbs, this could be a good addition to your daily diet.


  • Quinoa 100g
  • Diced Gherkins 20g
  • Zataar 5g
  • Cumin powder 1 tspn
  • Chopped Parsley 10g
  • Chopped onions 20g
  • Lemon juice 1tspn
  • Chopped mint 10g
  • Diced Cucumber 40g
  • Hummus 80g
  • Olive Oil 20ml

  • Cook the quinoa in stock for 10 minutes. Set aside and keep warm

  • Fold the quinoa in with the other ingredients except for hummus. Check Seasoning. Serve with hummus.


When serving, spread the hummus on a plate and spoon the quinoa mix over it. Sprinkle with paprika powder and drizzle olive oil to enjoy this dish!
