By participating in the India Gate #ClassicMoments Contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

• The contest is open only to Indian residents aged 18 years or above as on the date of participation.
• Employees of KRBL Limited, their immediate family members, employees of the social panga agency involved in the contest, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Contest Duration

• The contest will run from 2nd April 2026 to 6th April 2026 (both days inclusive).
• Entries received after 11:59 PM IST on 6th April 2026 will not be considered.

How to Participate

• Share that one thing you have built over time in the comments.
• Tag @IndiaGateFoods and use the hashtags #IndiaGateBasmatiRice and #PerfectlyAgedClassic in your comment.
• Like the post.
• Follow @IndiaGateFoods on Instagram.

Winner Selection & Prizes

• The best 50 entries will be selected at the discretion of India Gate.
• Winners will be announced on 16th April 2026 via India Gate’s official social media pages.
• Each winner will receive a voucher for INR 2000
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be clubbed with any other offer.

Additional Terms

• India Gate reserves the right to modify the contest duration and/or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
• Multiple entries per person are allowed, but each participant can win only once.
• India Gate reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, vulgar, offensive, or violates platform/community guidelines.
• By participating, you grant India Gate irrevocable rights to use your name, comment, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes across all media without any compensation.
• India Gate reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
• India Gate shall not be responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or any other reasons that may prevent participation.
• The decision of India Gate regarding winner selection and all matters relating to the contest shall be final and binding on all participants.
• This contest is conducted in compliance with applicable laws. Participants from states where prize competitions are restricted/prohibited (including Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979) are advised to check local laws before participating.
