By participating in the India Gate QR Contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The Contest is open to Indian residents aged 18 and above.

2. Contest Duration

• The Contest will be live from 1^st March to 9^th March. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

3. How to Participate

• Purchase an India Gate Basmati pack.
• Scan the QR code on the pack to access the exclusive India Gate AR filter.
• Click a selfie using the filter.
• Post it on Instagram or Facebook with the hashtags #IndiaGateBasmati and #YourChoiceDefinesWhoYouAre.
• Ensure your profile is public for your entry to be considered.

4. Winner Selection & Prizes

• Lucky winners will be selected at random from valid entries.
• Winners will be announced on 11^th March via India Gate’s official social media pages.
• Each winner will receive an India Gate hamper. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Additional Terms

• India Gate reserves the right to modify the contest duration and/or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
• Multiple entries are allowed, but each participant can win only once.
• India Gate reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, or violate contest guidelines.
• By participating, entrants grant India Gate the right to use their submitted content for promotional purposes.
• India Gate is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to connectivity failures, that may affect participation.
• The decision of India Gate regarding winners and contest terms shall be final and binding.
