By participating in the India Gate #ElaichiToMyBiryani contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

The contest is open only to Indian residents aged 18 years or above as on the date of participation.
Employees of KRBL Limited, their immediate family members, employees of the social panga agency involved in the contest, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

The contest will run from 27th August 2026 to 31st August 2026 (both days inclusive).
Entries received after 11:59 PM IST on 31st August 2026 will not Considered

20 people with the most creative and relatable entries will be selected at the discretion of India Gate.
Winners will be announced on 4^th September 2026 via India Gate’s official social media pages.
Each winner will receive vouchers worth INR 5000 each.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be clubbed with any other offer.

India Gate reserves the right to modify the contest duration and/or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
Multiple entries per person are allowed, but each participant can win only once.
Winner selection – clearly state that 20 winners will be selected based on creativity/relevance and there is no lucky draw or random selection.
India Gate reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, vulgar, offensive, or violates platform/community guidelines.
By participating, you grant India Gate irrevocable rights to use your name, comment, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes across all media without any compensation.
India Gate reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
India Gate shall not be responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or any other reasons that may prevent participation.
The decision of India Gate regarding winner selection and all matters relating to the contest shall be final and binding on all participants.
This contest is conducted in compliance with applicable laws. Participants from states where prize competitions are restricted/prohibited (including Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979) are advised to check local laws before participating.
