Terms and Conditions

This India Gate #TasteOfIndianValues Contest (hereinafter referred to as "Contest") is an initiative of KRBL Limited (“KRBL”) to cherish the timeless moments, food recipes reflecting Indian values and tradition. Through this India Gate #TasteOfIndianValues Contest, KRBL aims to honour the Indian values and traditions. By participating in the India Gate #TasteOfIndianValues Contest, all Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&C”), privacy policy or any other documentation issued by KRBL regarding this Contest:

1. Details of the Contest:

1.1 This Contest shall commence on July 9, 2025 and continue until July 27, 2025. Any entries received after July 27, 2025 shall not be considered.

1.2 To participate in this Contest, all Participants shall visit KRBL’s Instagram and Facebook page bearing the name - indiagatefoods and comment on the post related to the Contest with a memory, moment or a dish reflecting Indian values and tradition and add ‘#TasteOfIndianValues and #IndiaGateBasmatiRice’ to the comment posted. Entries without - ‘#TasteOfIndianValues and #IndiaGateBasmatiRice’ – shall not be considered as a valid entries.

1.3 KRBL reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of KRBL:

• are in breach of this Terms & Conditions;
• contain any content that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication;
• contains an inappropriate image;
• contains or refers to any unauthorized third-party brand or references any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;
• include the names, likenesses, photographs or similar of any individual without his/her express permission;
• condone or encourage violent or anti-social behaviour;

1.4 KRBL shall not be liable to inform the Participants of such rejection of the entry made by the Participants. KRBL reserves all rights to initiate Legal Action against the Participants of any data provided by the Participant for participating in the Contest that is offensive, harmful, objectionable.

1.5 The Participants are free to share such post on their respective Facebook and Instagram Page subject to compliance to applicable terms and conditions of the social media platforms or applicable laws.

1.6 Multiple entries per Participants are permitted, however, only one best entry will be considered and rewarded.

1.7 By accessing KRBL’s Facebook and Instagram page, and Participating in Contest the Participants represents warrants and agrees that:

• The Participant is able to create a binding legal obligation;
• The Participant shall at all the time comply with the terms of use and privacy policy of KRBL, Instagram and Facebook;
• The Participant is not barred from receiving products or services under applicable laws, rules and regulations;
• The Participants shall ensure that all information provided is accurate, true, current, and complete;

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Contest is open to Indian residents aged 18 and above and are competent to contract.

2.2 This Contest is not valid in the State of Tamil Nadu, Telangana or from any other State wherein the Contest is prohibited under the applicable law. The same shall be a disqualification to the Contest.

2.3 The participation in the Contest is voluntary and subject to these T&C.

2.4 The Participants is not required to make any purchase or payment of any consideration to participate in the Contest. The Participants is only required to have internet access, Instagram or Facebook account.

2.5 Participation in the Contest will not incur any charges. However, Participants may be subject to data and other charges imposed by their network provider for internet usage at the applicable rates. It is the sole responsibility of the Participants to verify and manage these charges. Additionally, if Participants access the Contest while roaming in a different circle or zone, they may incur additional roaming charges for internet browsing. KRBL shall not be liable for any such charges incurred by the Participant.

2.6 All the Participant/User(s) are requested to ensure compliance with their local laws before entering the Contest.

2.7 The Participant hereby agrees that he/she has read and understood the T&Cs and each Participant agrees to be bound by the T&Cs.

3. Winner Selection & Prizes

3.1 KRBL shall review all the comments received from the Participants/Users and select top 100 (Hundred) valid entries.

3.2 Winners will be announced post 31st July, 2025 at India Gate’s Facebook and Instagram page.

3.3 Each winner will receive an Amazon voucher worth INR 5000/- and a gift hamper, that will contain KRBL products, Fridge Magnets, Bluetooth Speaker and Customized Photo Frames. KRBL shall not be liable for any defect in the Bluetooth Speaker and makes no representation and/or warranty regarding the same and hereby expressly disclaims all other warranties (including manufacturer warranties), express or implied including but not limited to any of its implied warranty or merchantability or fitness. The manufacturer of the Bluetooth Speaker shall remain responsible for all the manufacturing warranties as per the terms and conditions including policies of the Manufacturer. For any defect in the Bluetooth Speaker, the Participant shall directly reach out to the Manufacturer of the Bluetooth Speaker.

3.4 There is no cash alternative to the benefits mentioned. Further, such benefits do not give any additional guarantee or warranty and are non-transferable.

3.5 KRBL decision regarding winners and contest terms shall be final and binding.

4. Additional Terms

4.1 KRBL reserves the right to add, delete, modify and/or otherwise change any terms and conditions of the Contest and withdraw the Contest anytime without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. Participation in this Contest constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of the T&C.

4.2 KRBL shall assume no responsibility for any technical error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, loss or damage in the operation of the social media websites that may affect the participation of the Participants/Users in the Contest.

4.3 The Participants agree that for the purpose of Contest, KRBL and/or affiliates and/or its Service Providers and/or any appointed third party may need to collect personal and/or sensitive personal information (“Personal Information”) from the Participant for processing of the relevant benefit or benefits (as the case may be). Each Participant, by participating in the Contest, hereby gives his or her Consent to the collection, storage, processing, transferring (in or outside India) and use of such Personal Information for the purpose of this Contest and to receive standard communications messages from KRBL, its affiliates and its third-party service providers engaged by KRBL for supporting and administrating the Contest.

4.4 The Participant agrees to grant KRBL royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the copyright and all other intellectual property rights vested in their Personal Information, comments, Posts, etc. for all purposes connected with this Contest, including but not limited to: display on KRBL’s website, social channels, in any publicity, advertisement and any other website of KRBL for use of the submission, and whole or part(s) of the submission in marketing materials relating to this Contest.

4.5 The Participants also grant KRBL and/or its affiliates and/or its Service Providers and/or any appointed third party the right to use, reproduce, edit, modify, translate or remove any submission on KRBL’s Facebook and Instagram page at its sole discretion, in whole or in part, for display on the Contest Site or in any materials relating to the promotion of the Contest.

4.6 The Participant agrees that KRBL shall have a right to the inclusion, publication, reproduction of the comment posted for the purpose of this Contest in any form of media.

4.7 KRBL may retain the Personal Information and may continue to use until (i) the relevant purposes for the use of the Personal Information for the Contest are no longer applicable; (ii) the Personal Information is no longer required by applicable law, regulations, contractual obligations or legitimate business purposes to retain the same; (iii) the retention of the Personal Information is not required for KRBL, exercise or defense of any legal claim. The Privacy Policy of KRBL can be accessed at the Site or from the link here _________________. The acceptance to these terms and conditions and your participation in the Contest and/or providing the information is deemed to signify your agreement to the Privacy Policy of KRBL.

4.8 The Participants hereby acknowledge that the entire content of the KRBL’s Instagram and Facebook page, including but not limited to all trademarks, service marks, and trade names, artistic work, any marketing and promotional material (“Material”) used on the KRBL’s Instagram and Facebook page are proprietary to KRBL. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, transmission, or usage, even partially, of these different Material, Copyrights is strictly forbidden without the expressly written Consent of KRBL. The failure to comply this clause constitutes an infringement and KRBL may take civil and criminal action against the infringer.

4.9 KRBL shall not be liable for any disruptions/stoppages/interruptions or cancellation of the Contest or to perform any of its/their respective obligations under the Contest or in respect of the benefit where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its/their control in the nature of fire, explosions, natural calamities, pandemic, epidemic, state emergency, riots, or any other force majeure condition, and shall not be liable to compensate the Participants in these circumstances.

4.10 The Participant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless KRBL and/or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, licensors, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any third-party claim, action, or demand resulting from his/her participation in the Contest or breach of any of terms and conditions of the Contest.

4.11 By participating in this Contest, every Participant expressly agrees that KRBL or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Participant may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Contest.

4.12 In no event shall KRBL and/or its affiliates be liable for any consequential loss, even if such consequential loss was reasonably foreseeable or had been advised of the possibility incurring it.

4.13 Limitation of Liability

4.13.1 KRBL will not be responsible for any liability incurred by any Participant, with respect to any aspect of the Contest.

4.13.2 KRBL will not, in any way, be liable or under any obligation to any Participant, if the Facebook and Instagram page is stopped or not functional due to statutory enactments, judicial/quasi-judicial orders or any other reasons beyond its control.

4.13.3 KRBL will not accept responsibility for circumstances that are beyond its reach or control, and that may cause a delay or inability to fulfill requests of any Participant.

4.13.4 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KRBL exclude all warranties and conditions relating to the Site (including any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill)

4.14 In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and any advertising, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Contest, these T&Cs shall prevail.

4.15 No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of this Contest or accepting the terms and conditions of this Contest and neither party has any authority of any kind to bind the other in any respect.

4.16 The rights and obligations of the parties under this Contest will be governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to Court at New Delhi alone and to the exclusion of the Courts at any other place.
