#ClassicMoment Contest Terms and Conditions:

By participating in the India Gate #ClassicMoments Contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility
    1. The Contest is open to Indian residents aged 18 years and above.
  2. Contest Duration
    1. The Contest will be live from 18th September to 3rd October 2025.
    2. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
  3. How to Participate
    1. Follow @IndiaGateFoods on Instagram.
    2. Find an old photo with your loved ones and recreate it in the present.
    3. Post the ‘Then vs Now’ photo on Instagram.
    4. Tag @IndiaGateFoods and use the hashtags #IndiaGateBasmatiRice #BanaiyeHarPalClassic #ClassicMoments in your post.
    5. Private accounts can DM their entry directly to @IndiaGateFoods to be eligible.
  4. Winner Selection & Prizes
    1. The best 100 entries will be selected at the discretion of India Gate.
    2. Winners will be announced on 10th October 2025 via India Gate’s official social media pages.
    3. Each winner will receive a customised India Gate Classic Gift Box.
    4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Additional Terms
    1. India Gate reserves the right to modify the contest duration and/or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
    2. Multiple entries are allowed, but each participant can win only once.
    3. India Gate reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, or violate contest guidelines.
    4. By participating, entrants grant India Gate the right to use their submitted content for promotional purposes.
    5. India Gate is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to connectivity failures, that may affect participation.
    6. The decision of India Gate regarding winners and contest terms shall be final and binding.
    7. In India, the conduct of prize competitions is regulated by the Prize Competition Act, 1995 and is not entirely banned nationwide. However, some states have specific legislation to regulate or prohibit them. Specifically, Tamil Nadu has the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979, which prohibits the promotion or conduct of prize schemes within the state.
