They consist of nourishing properties that benefit people of all ages - from infants to senior citizens. Quinoa helps you prepare simple delicious cookies within 40 minutes and in a couple of simple steps.

Ingredients:

  • Flour 300g
  • Quinoa Cooked 100g
  • Sugar 300g
  • Butter 300g
  • Hazelnut Powder 175g
  • Baking Soda 1.5g
  • Fennel

Methods:

  • Cream butter and sugar to a point where they become one.

  • Add all dry ingredients to the mix of the butter and sugar.

  • Then using paddle attachment mix until well incorporated.

  • Add fennel as per your preference.

  • Now in accordance to the shape you want, cut out various shapes.

  • And end by baking for 18-25 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
